  • Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D, Ph.D)

  • Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, APN)​​

BACKGROUND CHECK

CARE Network providers must successfully complete a background screening.

​

​Screening processed by The Kempe Center through DORA confirming that a new provider's license is in good standing.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

INITIAL TRAINING

​

  • Complete two-day, virtual, New Provider Training. Click HERE for additional information and registration.

​​

  • Complete mandatory reporter training HERE.

​

​

ONGOING TRAINING

​

  • Complete a minimum of 6 hours of continuing education per calendar year through designated web-based CARE NETWORK ECHO sessions.

​

  • Submit a minimum of 2 cases per calendar year for peer learning in ECHO sessions.

​​

  • Attend the 1-day, virtual CARE Network provider annual meeting.

​

MENTORSHIP

CARE Network providers must actively participate in the case review / mentorship program:

​

  • Every behavioral health screening must be submitted to the Kempe Center for tracking and quality assurance. 

​​

  • Reimbursement is contingent on submissions. Click HERE for more information on billing and reimbursement.
