BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDER INFORMATION
ELIGIBLE PROVIDER TYPES
Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D, Ph.D)
Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, APN)
CARE Network providers must successfully complete a background screening.
Screening processed by The Kempe Center through DORA confirming that a new provider's license is in good standing.
Complete two-day, virtual, New Provider Training. Click HERE for additional information and registration.
Complete mandatory reporter training HERE.
Complete a minimum of 6 hours of continuing education per calendar year through designated web-based CARE NETWORK ECHO sessions.
All CARE Network providers who complete at least one CARE Network evaluation or assessment must be willing to present at least 1 case for group discussion and learning during an ECHO session, during a 12 month period.
Attend the 1-day, virtual CARE Network provider annual meeting.

Every behavioral health screening must be submitted to the Kempe Center for tracking and quality assurance.
