BACKGROUND CHECK

​Screening processed by The Kempe Center through DORA confirming that a new provider's license is in good standing. 

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

INITIAL TRAINING

​

• Complete two-day, New Provider Training. Click HERE for additional information for next training

• Complete web-based mandatory reporter training HERE

​

ONGOING TRAINING

​

• Participate in at least 50% of designated virtual CARE NETWORK ECHO sessions, offered monthly. Click HERE for additional information on training sessions​​

• Attend 1-day Annual Provider Training

MENTORSHIP

CARE Network providers must actively participate in the case review / mentorship program:

• Every behavioral health assessment must be submitted to the Kempe Center for tracking and quality assurance. Click HERE for more information on submitting evaluations.
